Winuriska, is the founder and managing partner of the firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of IP. providing legal advice on all types of IP work, including Patents, Trademarks, Copyright and Industrial Designs.
Prior to establishing the Firm, She started her career in a corporate & capital market firm in Indonesia. Her substantial IP knowledge and expertise were gained when she worked in an internationally affiliated law firm specialized in IP where she had done various IP related works ranging from routine prosecution of local and overseas filings to high end IP services such as clearance searches, IP due diligence projects, infringement analysis and IP protection strategies. She has represented both local and overseas clients from various scales (from SMEs to huge international groups). Her latest position was the head of Patent and Design department. Her over-12-year experience is obviously valuable to the Firm.

There have been some achievements during her practice, such as when representing Indonesia airlines corporate for business method patent litigation and patent infringement litigation at the commercial court. She took a significant role in a successful negotiation in a patent and design infringement case against 7 local automotive companies for a high profile Japanese automotive company.
Winuriska obtained her degree from the faculty of law at Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1999. She is a licensed advocate per July 2002 and a registered IP consultant per June 2006. She is a member of The Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (AKHKI), Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI), Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA) and International Trademark Association (INTA)
She has participated in various IP seminars/conferences in both domestic and overseas scopes. She was one of IP lawyers who took special training on IP law and practice in Tokyo, Japan in 2006.
Endra Prabawa has been practicing in the field of Intellectual Property since 2000. He represents clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property Rights protection in Indonesia that include patents, trademarks, copyrights and industrial designs. Endra also advises multinational as well as local clients on the management of their Intellectual Property Rights portfolios in Indonesia, prepares and attends to official actions to the Intellectual Property Office. He also has extensive trial experiences and has argued technical and complex IP issues before the apex court in Indonesia. He also has a wide array of experiences in drafting and reviewing various agreements, cease and desist letters and warning advertisements relating to the Intellectual Property matters. He also actively prosecutes IP cases which are difficult for registration and manages works relating to the prosecution to grant of Intellectual Property Rights on behalf of his clients.
